Salary: £16,500 pro rata
To play a key administrative role in supporting the field sales team and provide an important link between the sales representative and the client. Reporting to the Directors, you will be working in a challenging and competitive environment, processing sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for sales people to visit new and established customers
Specific responsibilities include providing a pleasant interface with the customers as first point of call, provide assistance with orders, requests and complaints; deal with invoices, and monitoring ongoing orders.
Experience of telephone sales/B2B
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Confident computer skills including good understanding of spread sheets
Fielding and making calls to existing customer base
Dealing face to face with retail customers
Generating client leads
Raising invoices and creating delivery runs
Achieving sales targets and deadlines
Identify sales patterns; key and lapsed customers and co-ordinate targeted sales strategies to improve sales reach
