Further Growth

It has been a little over 12 month since we completed our major expansion to increase brewing capacity by 230% and can safely be said that it has been one heck of a year.

Since project completion we have won several listings with Punch Taverns, M&B, and Wetherspoons.  With many more in the pipe line, none would have been possible without committed investment in the plant.

It’s not only in the cask market that things have gone from strength to strength.  Our bottled range has continued to grow in popularity with several specialist wholesalers now stock our beers.  We have also added a fourth beer to complement our current line up of Blonde 4.1%, Premium 4.5% and IPA 5%.  Gold, a 4.4% golden bitter with a full, fruity character sits neatly alongside the other 3.

Our First pub, The Fountain Inn, continues to cement its place in the local community; establishing itself as a great place to meet and socialise, also as a firm favourite ‘go to’ place for many local beer aficionado’s.

The last 12 months have surpassed our hopes and expectations and, to reflect this, September has seen us having to expand our brewing capacity once again.  We have taken delivery of 2 new Fermenting vessels, adding  an addition 5750 pints a week to our existing capacity of 16000 pints.  And to compliment this we have installed a shiny new process chiller which will allow us to fine tune the way in which each of our beers ferments and give added control to the quality of all our products.

It has indeed been an exciting period for us but, should be nothing compared with the plans we have for the coming year.
